Lunaria Civitas Pecorino 2024

Pecorino grapes, named after the Italian word ‘pecora’ meaning sheep, are often consumed by local sheep while strolling through vineyards. The wine is produced through a whole cluster press and native yeast fermentation, followed by a 30-day aging process in stainless steel tanks. It’s a highly drinkable and expressive wine with aromas of lemon, ripe pear, peach, and orange blossom. It pairs exceptionally well with seafood, cured cheese, pasta dishes, and white meats.
