What started out as a hobby, is now a full-time passion. I left an 18-year career in healthcare to open Horton Cellars, a wine boutique located in Cornelius, NC. I am WSET 2 certified and recently obtained a certification in Women's Entrepreneurship. The wine boutique is carefully curated with fine wines from family-owned vineyards from around the world. Horton Cellars was birthed during the COVID lockdown, a time when we could not visit family and friends. We wanted to spread joy in a time of uncertainty. We would love to see you at one of our wine tastings. We take pride in educating and making wine accessible for everyone from the wine enthusiast to the novice.
