Shipping policy

An adult 21 years old with a valid driver's license must be present to sign for all wine orders. If you missed the delivery, Fed-Ex will leave a notice with instructions to change your delivery date or hold the package for pickup at a Fed-Ex facility. If you missed all delivery attempts and your wine is sent back to the store, you are responsible reshipment fees.  

If your order is lost during shipping, we will follow up with the carrier and ship a replacement.
